Belgravia Law is pleased to announce <a href="https://belgravia.law/team/benjamin-wells" target="_blank" class="news-text_link">Benjamin Wells</a> will be speaking at an expert panel session entitled Extending Clauses, Excusing Performance as part of at London International Disputes Week 2026.
The session is co-hosted by Barnes Law Associates and 4-5 Gray's Inn Square and will explore the applicability of arbitration and governing law clauses to ancillary agreements, as well as sanctions as a defence to payment obligations, two areas of growing significance in international disputes practice.
