The conference is jointly organised by the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires and Columbia Law School and brings together practitioners, arbitrators, academics and in-house counsel from Argentina, the United States, Colombia and all over the world to examine international arbitration from a practical and comparative perspective, from structuring “dispute-ready” contracts to the transition from award to effective recovery.
