Belgravia Law Joins High-Level Disputes Panel at This Year’s London International Disputes Week: Bridging Steppes and Standards: Kazakhstan's Evolving Dispute Landscape

Belgravia Law Partner Benjamin Wells will speak on investment arbitration awards involving Kazakhstan at a panel during London International Disputes Week on 3 June 2026.

We are delighted to share Benjamin Wells, Partner at Belgravia Law, will be speaking at a high-profile panel event, Bridging Steppes and Standards: Kazakhstan’s Evolving Dispute Landscape, during London International Disputes Week on Wednesday 3 June 2026.

Hosted by BCLP at Governor’s House in the City of London and co-sponsored by BrKLA and BKS Disputes, this event brings together leading international and regional practitioners to examine the latest developments in litigation, arbitration and enforcement for parties doing business in or with Kazakhstan.

A keynote address will be delivered by Lord Burnett of Maldon, former Lord Chief Justice of England & Wales and current Chief Justice of the AIFC Court.

Benjamin will be sharing his analysis of recent investment arbitration awards involving Kazakhstan and their broader implications for international practitioners and investors.
