We are delighted to announce Benjamin Wells has been appointed to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (“<span class="news-text_medium">DIAC</span>”) List of Arbitrators and registered registration on Part II of the DIFC Courts’ Register of Legal Practitioner.
This appointment recognises Benjamin’s experience and standing in international arbitration and further strengthens the firm’s engagement with leading arbitral institutions, continued involvement in cross-border dispute resolution and international arbitration proceedings.
