Alaia read English Literature at University College London, graduating with First Class Honours, before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law with Distinction.
Alongside her studies, she has volunteered with the Royal Courts of Justice, guiding students through mock trials to develop their advocacy and public speaking skills and with the ULLAC Pro Bono Clinic.
Alaia speaks English and conversational Mandarin.
