Richard is an experienced Solicitor-Advocate, mediator and mediation advocate with over 20 years’ of experience in dispute resolution. Prior to Belgravia Law he worked for a top tier US law firm.Richard practices primarily in general commercial and construction litigation, however has had experience in a wide range of disputes including group litigation, company and partnership disputes and banking and regulatory investigations. He has extensive experience litigating in the High Court as well as pursing matters through arbitration, adjudication and mediation.
Richard is an accredited mediator and a strong believer in the benefits of mediation as a method of resolving disputes. He has also acted as an adjudicator on the CEDR Aviation Adjudication Scheme and the Code for Home Builders Independent Dispute Resolution Scheme.
