Shantanu Majumdar KC was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1992 and appointed as one of Her Majesty’s Counsel (QC now KC) in 2020.
He specialises in commercial dispute resolution in litigation, arbitration and mediation in the following fields: banking & finance, breach of warranty, civil fraud & asset tracing, company and insolvency, economic torts, energy and natural resources, engineering, insurance & reinsurance, jurisdiction and conflict of laws, professional negligence and liability, sale of goods & supply of services, shareholder claims, partnership and other joint venture disputes.
